Return Policy

At GD Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 10-day return window from the day of delivery for eligible items.


Eligible Items for Return

  • Dining Tables
  • Dining Chairs
  • Dining Sets
  • Bar Stools
  • Console Tables
  • Coffee Tables
  • Lamp Tables
  • Sofas

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, not assembled, and undamaged
  • Must be returned in their original packaging
  • A proof of purchase is required
  • Items that are assembled or returned with damaged packaging are non-returnable
  • A collection fee applies depending on the item

 

Important Notes

  • Custom-made items (such as sofas and beds) are non-returnable
  • Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable
  • Returns due to incorrect colour or size choice will not be accepted
  • Product images may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings—please contact us before purchase for clarification

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

Once approved, we will provide a return label and instructions.
⚠️ Do not return items without approval – they will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours.

To file a claim:

  • Send clear photos of the issue within 24 hours
  • Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement
  • Claims made after 24 hours will be reviewed case by case

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or assembled items
  • Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., sofas and beds)
  • Clearance or discounted products
  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged if:

  • They are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • The buyer agrees to cover return and re-delivery charges

To Exchange:

  • Return the item (with approval)
  • Place a new order

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this, the order may already be in process and cannot be stopped.

If dispatched, delivery charges are non-refundable.

Assembled Items

Items assembled by the customer or assembled upon delivery are considered used and cannot be returned.


Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order furniture, such as sofas, are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are made to your specifications.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the outcome
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or provider may take up to 15 business days to reflect the refund

  

Deductions from Refunds

  • £120 delivery fee will be deducted
  • £120 collection fee, if applicable
  • Total possible deduction: £240
  • Shopify/processing fees are non-refundable
  • Damaged or used items may result in partial refund or rejection
