At GD Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 10-day return window from the day of delivery for eligible items.

• Custom-made items (such as sofas and beds) are non-returnable.
• Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
• We’ll notify you of the outcome.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days
• Your bank or provider may take up to 15 business days to reflect the refund

• £120 collection fee, if applicable
• Total possible deduction: £240
• Shopify/processing fees are non-refundable
• Damaged or used items may result in partial refund or rejection.
